You will be working on lowest salary far below industry standard. Company is controlled by one family, hence there will be minimum chance for you to lead any project. The General Manager doesn't know how to manage. There is no professionalism in the work culture. The product quality is very bad compared to current market. Therewill be no increment in salary. The best thing about this company is that you grt to work for free without getting paid for months and you don't need to worry about your PF at all since thought it will be deducted from your salary but wont be transferred to your PF account by the company.

Dislikes

There is nothing good about this company they will keep your salary on hold for months and will never credit your pf. But you are still expected to work overtime, but wont be allowed to complete a single project on time even if its doable
