I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Got to learn a lot by working there, got to learn many things from our officers about how to do our work, how to handle people etc.

First of all, if I ever get a chance there again in the future, I would like to work there again, I used to earn my living from there, it is my workplace, I can never say anything bad about that place. The management work was slow and that too now everything is fine and has improved. Yes, I just want to say that very soon this company will reach great heights.
