Likes

Flexibility of timings are a nice benefit that TIU offers to their faculty.

Dislikes

Not good for long term as the positions are mainly contractual. No salary scale is maintained. No growth opportunity is there. Good for gaining some experience for 1 to maximum 2 years.

I like the culture and education in Techno India University. Like to attend national and international conferences in our University. Faculty of Techno India University shows their bright, talented knowledge for students. IT based education help me to get best education slowly slowly. I am very pleased to be part of Techno India University.

Dislikes

Techno India University shows excellence in all sphere.

Work Details

Research help me to publish my findings in different International and national journals. Professors and colleagues are very helpful in every regards. Interdisciplinary faculties shows their helpful attitude. Library is very well equipped.

Through on line education our University is unparallele.Becsuse we research personnel are get in touch with Academia and Research Gate. I am so happy that for every success professors are doing excellent job. I feel privileged to part of Techno India University.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
