A number of senior Professors are extremely helpful and down-to-earth.

Dislikes

Local management simply tries to bully the staff, with no respect for privacy. The Director is extremely rude and behaves violently with the staff, threatening to throw them out on any pretext whatsoever.

The college has good infrastructure and the top management cares about the work culture. However local managment makes work agonizingly difficult and employees are humiliated and browbeaten on a regular basis.
