There is nothing for like.. Hell company hell boss

Workculture is hell. HR has to hire the local painter to colour an electrical poles of light and at the time of their payment owner used to hide and hr has to face those workers and at last nobody gets salary. Boss of the company doing job elsewhere and played the blame game with employees. Its such a cheap company of the cheapest person.

Nothing is good in this company. Management is very poor and also the the director KK kohli is not a cooperative person. They didn't believe their employees. Always behave like i am right in any situation.

Technitab's On Job training program is excellent and training is 100% free. Me and my 4 friends have joined on job training program in March and we all got permanent Job only after 3.5 months of training. They have also provided us hotel for stay, Insurance, travel booking and tools for site during the site. Staff is very supportive. Specially the Admin team. I am working in Technitab as testing and commissioning engineer. Best thing is salary compensation on time. Allowance are good. site arrangement are also good.

only problem is travelling from one site to another. However, it is part of my job so i do not have any issue.
