(Bangalore office)Deteriorating work culture and ethics, no safe environment for women as they will continue harassing you mentally in each and every step. Bad politics in organization which will never let you grow until you belong from south or praise for them for their hyped knowledge. Shivaram S.T and Murli Chinappa will always lecture you and steal your credits, and the make sure you give up. No encouragement for extra hours they make you work till midnight or more. They have more interest on how to pull someone more down, criticize someone to the next level so that an employee feels frustrating in the environment and is bound to put resignation. They judge you on the basis of our past 3 to 4 months work on previous project, than working on the recent one. Very unpleasant environment for non-south employee who really works hard, communicate with their own south local language without thinking if the opposite person could understand or not. They try to communicate with us with their own language rather than English. Very Bad environment for non south persons, especially for ladies. Poor training facility or trainers.Poor server/connectivity which makes remote working too difficult,and the company dose not take responsibility for that when it effects your productivity ,No Job stability or Job security.Many have reported cold attitude towards non bangalorean specially for north Indian or Mumbai people in the Bangalore office.

Work with technicolor you can between work and personal like ecept the compositing deparment. They treat you really well not much presure compare to other vfx company. Mnagement is good.
