- Till 2019 it was one the best company to work and recommend other to join - During lockdown staff cutting -Salary delays, many employees torcher by bank recovery person and fell embarrassed in front of society - Management don’t care weither you are only person in your family and you have to run a show - last 2 year more then 40 people left including top hierarchy - lockdown can understand for some period and even having good sales not managing employee salary then something is wrong and need to correct by management - Many EX employee filled case but no use - Still using manual work rather then software ( 10 Minute works takes 3-4 hours) come on you guys are tech company - Existing employees either May getting salary on time or not having option other wise no one stay bcz ultimate need a money to run a show...Read More

the list will not completed in one short, HR & management is over intelligent, first of all, they hire employees who are in a break or not getting a job, and after hiring these kinds of the employee, thy started getting advanced of them. 1) Management is selfish, and doesn't care about employee pain 2) not giving salary on time as committed 3) only show shine, the actual condition is worst than ever 4) they don't clear fnf or salary of ex-employee 5) thy don't issue closing formalities and papers on time 6) if an ex-employee is asking for their own hard earn money they chose to ignore it and take this aginst them like not giving positive feedback to the current employees during the verification stage. 7) many ex-employee doesn't follow up much considering in mind that they will not clear verification and give negative feedback 8) many police complaints and legal cases going on for no salary and fnf 9) no PF is deposited last 2 years 10) many vendors and agencies blacklisted them be aware before joining this compnay, its trap .
