TechBliss digital solution is third party payroll employment, They Hire employees on Payroll and outsource. so not clear about companies culture and no compensations received. job security is all up to the project which you are working can be shut down any time but the clients are good with related to work culture, work life balance. some clients not send their laptops as well, you just have to buy or use your system to work....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
