Complete waste of time and energy. Worst experience as an employee in my entire carrier. Very pathetic payout schedule. Never pays on time. Not a single employee in the company were ever happy with the work culture and environment. Bias towards religion. Nothing to learn and no growth oppertunity. Involved in all kinds of monetary scandals both in the country and overseas.

Management is pathetic. They don't know anything and they expect miracles month on month. I am good and so I stayed there for almost 18months which no managers in the history of SZI did. All the best SZI for your future.

Concen, when rules favour on you, if rules against you don't worry it is normal. Your priority will be high if you know how to oil someone. If you love fun ____s are there.
