The only thing which was good about this job is it was work from home

I joined techmahindra in aug,21 on contractual basis it was a pathetic experience. They don't give the committed salary the salary you'll get is on basis of customer satisfaction and customers are not satisfied because flipkart doesn't get the order delivered, and cancel the order of their customers so that they can hike the price. There is work and life balance, they can ask you to login at any point of time. And the illiteracy level of their management is heights so please beware before joining this firm...Read More

Too much of biasedness and hell lot of politics. Two snakes in Navi Mumbai Academy in Academics team. Anyone joining there need to be aware of them. They can bite you when you anytime.
