Disappointing Communication and Unprofessional Conduct by HR Mohita Verma My experience with Mohita Verma, the HR Manager at Teamwork Communications, was extremely disappointing. Initially, she offered me a job of Digital Marketer with a Monthly Salary of 41,500 rupees, which seemed promising. Despite expressing my willingness to accept the offer and attempting to finalize the details, I faced a complete lack of response. My calls were constantly cut off, and my emails were left unanswered. Mohita stopped responding to my calls and emails, leaving me in the dark and unable to finalize any details. What's more frustrating is that she never took the time to discuss my notice period or potential start date with me. Even though I told her earlier that I could join in just 15 Days, she seemed to assume by herself that I needed a 2-month notice period. She abruptly decided not to hire me and gave the reason that "You had a 2-month notice period, and I am looking for an immediate joiner". Her behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. Effective communication is crucial in any role, and she really needs to work on that. I like this place's positive energy and vibe, which is integral to maintaining an excellent work-life balance. In addition to this, the new and vibrant office will provide a great work atmosphere for all employees.

There is nothing to dislike, but the place is far from my home, so I am trying to find a decent place nearby.

The clients here are way better than any mid-size firm hailing from corporates to government clients. The culture is amazing to work here with the teammates being very supportive and helpful. The Directors come to your rescue whenever required which breaks the gap between the employee and management.

Dislikes

The location of the company is a little difficult to access on a daily basis. The ambience around the corner isn't satisfying.

My work was really interesting, working on few top corporates like Hero Cycles, National School of Drama, Fortis Hospital and many more your day to day work load becomes easier with just the name.
