On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is thought-provoking. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learned a lot new things on the job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I've been working with TeamsWork for the past 3 years as a software product manager. It has been a great journey so far and especially the past few months amid the pandemic. The management is really supportive. In addition to job security and flexibility. in work hours, appraisals were given on time and on one was laid off.

Dislikes

As for now, I do not find any.
