Nothing I wasted my 2 years due to family situations I tolerated everything now I shifted with double time salary not same field. Telecom if u join in team lease you need node and u should have double face. If u work hard and having high integrity this place not suit for u. Toxic work place too much back bitting

Terribal work experience No personal life They make you to work on every Sunday also deduct your salary and they tell you to call more customers in their jhandewalan branch Executive seat on park and call customer

It's been 4 months I have joined Teamlease, I havent faced any issues, Manager is quite supportive in terms of work, helping the team for any sort of issues,motivates the team to perform better, helps the team to upgrade to the next level learning new skills & flexible work timings.

There is no job security. They will take employee as contract but not tell to employee. Once employee release from client project at same day teamlease will release. That time they will mening our contract last date....like this. Also they will not create email I'd form teamlease. Teamlease will contact with you with your personal email or client email. Pls don't go with this company 🙏

Expenses providing too delay 3to6 months And unnecessary deduction in experience and salary with un explainable reason in small amount like 300-600.etc.
