All Colleagues at the same platform so the bonding will be awesome. Everyone will work and contribute to achieve the targets and desire KPI.

Dislikes

No structure in the hierarchy with the years of experience you have. No proper salary structure. Variable pay is much higher. Some allowance are paid annually and you need to approach to get the allowances paid to you.

Holi Celebration at TDK Nasik Plant: A Recap of Employee Involvement and Engagement. I'm delighted to share that we celebrated Holi at our Nasik Plant on March 14, 2025. This event was a wonderful chance for us to come together in the vibrant spirit of color and to enhance our team bonds. The day was filled with joy, festivities, and a dazzling display of colors! We encouraged everyone to join in, which made the celebration truly unforgettable. We organized a variety of fun activities, including colorful hand imprints on a board, dance performances, a ramp walk, singing, poetry readings, selfies, and much more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this event through their presence and participation. I look forward to celebrating Holi with all of you again next year, and I hope we can achieve even greater involvement and excitement!

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day
