No structure in the hierarchy with the years of experience you have. No proper salary structure. Variable pay is much higher. Some allowance are paid annually and you need to approach to get the allowances paid to you.

No any value of the Founder member only dominated and harassment continued. No any appreciation of cost saving project. Bosses only dominated in front of juniors. I am very unhappy about the treatment.
