Company basically manufacturer of AC generators of different types. Turnover of the company is good, working environment is good.

Dislikes

Yes, there are some dislikes also, preferably increments. In the past 5 years we haven't got least hikes. There is no medical insurance by the company, we have bare all the medical expenses we required. Rules and regulations are not equal to all.

works are always challenging, because objective s of department itself is different than manufacturing processes like planning of machines PM and attending break down s and other improvement activities keeps us very active.
