1.Being a 3rd Party Logistics company we have to work under customer and get treated as a slave rather than business partner. 2. Own management will also not support you at point just to please customer. 3. Initial growth is Ok but later growth will only depends upon how you butter and keep upper management happy. 4. Reputation among customer and OEM is bad always will get ill treated and you can't to anything about it....Read More

1. Shift time depends on Project. General timing is 12 hr shifts and even have to work on Sundays and night shifts if required. but over all work time is 4-5 only. 2. Most employees at below level are not that educated so thought clash common.

A Great choice to begin career with and gain knowledge of diverse project. But later growth is slow only. Concept of being a 3rd party logistics is not optimal as you have to deal with customer directly and the treatment you get is not par. Overall a great company to learn and sharpen your skills

Work life depends upon projects you are in. In general it has 12 Hr shift but only 4-5 hour of actual work. Also most of the employee are not that educated and open minded so you could feel a bit odd man out.
