Average. Every holiday is a meeting day. Sometimes national holidays too.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Employee Benefits

Conveyance for Marketing people is fixed. So even if anyone want to work extra, it is difficult to manage. Accounts person conveyance is more than marketing people. Coz it is in there hand to allocate conveyance budget.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
