Be in the good books of the director and your job is secured till retirement. Else, Your days are numbered. Sic.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

(1) No annual performance evaluation of any of the employees. Increment and promotion are on the basis of whims and fancies of top management, who may not have even spoken/met the evaluated staff for years.

Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Moneywise no grievance but no appreciation of work, primarily because the higher up doesn't understand about what I am doing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
