Entirely fraud and bogus TATA company. They say something else and do something else. Keep their employees in dark for most of the time. No respect for employees. HR comes above manager. No respect for HODs, Managers and people who actually do the job. You can be transferred anywhere in India AT YOUR OWN COST anytime if you resist you will be FIRED. Company is busy in doing CSR Most of the time. Should divert the money towards the development of employee. Most of the work is outsourced sinceTCE Engineers are incompetent.
