Individuals try getting best outta everything and get accomplished in work. Their's high job security and none could defame you by any means. Distribution of tasks are not even, thus contributing to poor work life balance. If you're experienced of say 4-6 years, you will get all the benefits and allowances, else it's really hard to continue. #) No training provided to freshers although during interview it says to provide schedules. #) For freshers it's disaster #) None to guide you in breakdown calls for machines. A very poor performance for this company, I am currently working at this company for NHM project at Manipur, No idea for supplying any PPE kits even a hand sanitizer also as we are going to every district hospitals for breakdown of the equipments for repairing.
