Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? TBK India provides good opportunity to enhance the knowledge. And has the good practice to use the employees skill and knowledge. Good place to work.

Dislikes

TBK India release the payment of every employee on 10th of every month. Which is not good. TBK India has lot of communication gap internally.
