1. Too much of politics. 2. People who can talk more without working can grow more. 3. Higher level management never recognize developers work. People should understand that project is developed by developers but not with the efforts of Engineering Managers or Senior Business Analyst. 4. No work life balance. 5. HR policies. 6. Most of the technical work is outsourced to vendors and project leads are from vendors.
