Worst company in mohali, all staff members are very rude , Illetratre, non cooperative and use vergal language. Zero management. Jo salary joining par bolte hai wo kabhi nhi dete wrong commitment krte hain.

Everything is very terrible in this company. No job security, nothing. M.D interference is a lot. M. D use such a abusive language every time. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
