Infrastructure ( but it is for school owner not yours)

Dislikes

The school lacks proper work ethics. Employees are overburdened with excessive workloads and are often required to stay late without adequate leave or breaks. Salaries are not paid on time, and there is noticeable discrimination in pay scales. Job stability is a major concern, as employees feel insecure about their positions.
