Too much of hypocrisy and dictatorship. Teacher's content isn't important. If you're good at creaming the higherups and praise the principal, you're eligible for higher positions. Basically you should be an expert in stitching and bitching.

There’s no job security there and people keep talking about values there but trust me they just talk but they don’t trust anyone and they try to make you very insecure and you know what I didn’t receive my salary and my experience letter. So it’s a terrible place to work.

No job security. They’ll demotivate the employees to a great extent. Trust me You wont be able to recognise or identify in a first instance. Everything looks good but not actually.
