The time to go to the company is fixed, but the time to go home is not. Because of this, I am unable to spend time with my family. The duty is supposed to be 8 hours only in name, but in reality, it is not. It has been a bad experience.

HOD having attitude of different level . New joiners dont have time for learning. No support from seniors. If you join you will leave within 2 months.( guaranteed) Payscale is low as compared to workload. No adherence in policy
