Job security, They will throw you from Engineering to stores, logistics but will not fire you.

The name they are using, TATA. It is getting spoilt there. Of Sir Ratan Tata would have known this company culture, he might have shut it down immediately.

Work Details

No guidelines about, what an Employee should do in any emergency situation. Though there is a Tornado, Riots, Transportation issue or you had a wounded leg. You have to come to office. Work from employee is useless employee. They can't monitor him.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
