Job is approximately secure. Management and company policies are OK.

Dislikes

As far as I am concern tata strive centers gives less knowledge and lots of rubbish things like badhti ka nam gadi, dhangyan and many more instead of giving technical and personality development contents. Also the HVAC and YDM content is loo long and has some unnecessary contents. Domain facilitators considered as one man army and everything given to them like placement responsibilities, mobilization etc etc....Read More

Work Details

My overall experience is not so good. Tata strive takes too much responsities of students specially to placement. The facilitators are responsible for everything of students which irritates.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
