The only pro about TSMG is that as you have no direction you end up doing everything (struggling with everything ) and hence you learn fast.. But there is only so much you can learn on your own.

Feedback for chemical practice a) Spineless infective leadership b) extremely Political environment c) Bunch of sales people pretending to be consultant (Chemical practice ) d) No respect, recognition or opportunity for growth unless you are a boot licker e) Worst people I've ever met. They make enemies and take their enmity out onyou. Especially Chemical practice. Worst people I've met ever. f) Extremely disrespectful culture g) Only targets are given and almost every time you would find yourself explaining the principals and senior practice head your recommendations and thought process and surprise they don't even present to client....Read More

Work Details

Interesting but extremely Hectic. You would be working 16 hours daily even on weekends and it is norm rather than exceptions. Still the output would be criticized not for quality.. Uh.. No.. For color scheme.. That is the feedback you would get principal
