At managerial level the work life balance is a bit compromised as your bosses expect you to be available at all times. Payments & increments are low. Sometimes internal politics & favourtism Takes away timely promotions from deserving people

Worst experience in Starbucks ever. I would say with a loud the promotion in Starbucks based is friends and family. As been working in company for maximum years 8.7 years with zero appreciation , no growth ladder and no one recognised your hard work you have done with many years while leaving company was least bother if you leavethem , leaders are very bias and they don't see a hard working employees they just are behind people who run behind them and give promotion to them . Unprofessional leaders are working with zero knowledge, skills , no management ethics just gossips , backbiting. And the people who really deserve are unnoticed and a bunch of district manager put them down as everyone knows the reality but no action has been taken till date .
