Employees got paid during the lockdown. They took care of both vaccines. Three free drinks and one meal during the shift. Fun if you like talking to people, good for networking.

On paper shifts are 9 hours but we used to work for 12 hours most days. Again, that's a given for QSR in India and compared to others like McD, Domino's etc Starbucks is better in terms of employment opportunities and work benefits. Poor management skills of current employees, work life balance is not there at all, managers need to work from home all the time attending calls and different meetings, on off days also
