If your reporting manager is good, then atleast u will have someone to share your anger. I had one This is one company of Tata's where everything is at its worst. Company is at huge loss and hence, they are cutting Manpower

Worst experience with the company. They don't provide you with learning. No support from the Top Management. If you work Ethically, u will be sent out ( PIP ). Entire company's Sales team and distributors are working in unethical means to achieve Targets. So, if you work ethically, u will be odd one out and ultimately, your performance will dip and they won't provide you with the time to improve your performance and hence you will be put in PIP.
