Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given. Dislikes

Organisation Systems should be maintained rigidly but at site level many bypasses observed. For implementing the company culture (as per OCP and standards) at site there need to fight with all concerned department. There need to improve.
