Job is secure. But work culture is not good in my previous project. Site management is very bad, I don't know about higher management (Hope they are understanding about work life balance). Company policy very good but not followed by management, we, employees are treated as a "Robot" . Overall "satisfied" by name "TATA", Overall "unsatisfied" about "work life balance".
