For site level engineers company culture bad no facilities provided to site level. Office job culture good.

Safety person no work in Tata projects kindly upper management look into this matter and provide a specific duty at least presents on site and rectify the points itself not giving observations only & not transfer our work to execution team, execution team work for everything.
