Toxic work environment, egoistic managers. No skill development. Often paying the price of your basses mistakes. No work life balance. Weekends will be making reports or presentations. Spineless HR they will listen to managers. One will be mentally harassed. Often you will be ask to quit. Job threats are common. You will not be allowed to take off.
