Tata motors limited work culture is very good.Everyone is felt proud to be a part of family but unfortunately I am working in Tata motors as a flexible contractual only one reason to wish another opportunity .

Dislikes

Not a single think is dislike about Tata motors but one think wish always that TML should give permanent opportunity to people who working long time with TML and efficiently.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
