This is my first job in an organisation and I am having a great exposure towards management . I understand the true definition on team work, which in my opinion is the most important factor to succeed in future . I am exposed to every day challenges and learned how to tackle them in an organised manner.

Dislikes

Although this is an well groomed organisation,there are some areas which are definitely need to be focused. For example there should be entertainment zones, fitness zones, game centre for relaxation as all daysame work comes out be a mundane activity.
