The company's ethics and moral values to their employee is very nice. Lots of things to learn as an intern. Working environment is awesome to join anyone in the company. Many facilities are provided by the company during such as transportation, cheaper lodging and food. Personal guides are also recommended for the group.

Dislikes

There is no on job for fresher from outside the campus of college, the guide doesn't have time for their trainee.

Work Details

I have to time study of various processes in trim line factory to improve productivity and reduce rework and to give some recommendations to the guide by which the process can be improved. I learned a lot from training at Tata motors.

Nice travel hostel food facilities. Decent training .High job security. As an intern very less professional growth. Learning depends on your commitment. Chill work environment. Scope of innovation is less.
