With an open mind set & innovative ideas i do adopt the company culture. Work harder and achieve the company's aspect. Market people also recognized well with the brand i work for. As a TSM I have crossed target of 19cr & achieved 21cr in 2018-2019 which were started from 3.72lakh in 2017-2018. Company is good but should be more focus on manpower hiring at ground level.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Company should be more focus on carrier growth of employee majorly to middle level employee. Salalry appraisal is also below then standard. Work-life balance is much compromising. Company should think upon these.

Work Details

As a Territory Sales Manager i look after Ranchi, Ramgarh, Latehar, Daltonganj, Garhwa, Chatra, Lohardaga, Simdega, Gumla, Khunti etc for Used vehicle finance with my team. Leading along with my DSA, SS etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
