Linguistic Barrier , staff talk in their own language which is not understood because they do not want to disclose all things to other staff. There should be one rule for all nursing practices that need to be followed by whole staff no contradicted statements , if contracdict they should have valid reason about it.

The level of exposure for surgeries and critical cases is unmatchable. No other cancer center could provide us with such a good level of exposure.
