Every new joiner leave the plant in 6-12 month max, work life balance is nill , people are force to work for 12-13 hours daily . Toxic culture…you feel trapped within one month . If you want happiness in life don’t come to TATA Marcopolo

3 rd class work couture very bad environment daily 12 to 13 hrs job U can not sit for 1 min because no chair no office no computer 100 percent manual work No 5S Even a tier 3 vendor is better than Tata Marcopolo Requesting you do not join very big trap No weekly’s off only 2 weekly off in a month
