The Management's Toxic politics and the HR team unprofessional behaviour create a highly unpleasant work environment. I had a very negative experience working with this organization. The management is deeply entrenched in toxic politics, which creates a divisive and stressful atmosphere. Decisions often seem driven by personal agendas rather than merit or fairness. Furthermore, the HR team displays unprofessional behavior, offering little support and demonstrating a lack of respect for employees. Their approach to handling issues is dismissive, and they fail to address concerns in a timely or effective manner.
