The work culture is really good. Balanced Work-life. Cafeteria and canteen have budget-friendly rate, You can learn many things here. Even you can apply for the Ph.D. program also. The salary is good and on time. Work for 5 days a week only.

Working environment at TIFR is great. Teammates are always ready to help you. The experience you get here is also valuable. The thing is we are using outdated technology here for development, so you have to update yourself in free time. 8 hours for 5 days per weekend is quite good. For travelling bus service is there. They are not offering permanent vacancies since last couple of years. So job security is big issue here.

As our team size is small, we have to take care of everything which includes developing, testing, releasing, bug-fixing etc. I have worked on some projects which are little bit challenging and exiting.
