High employee turnover. Delay in settlements. Poor opportunities provided to the students which will be difficult to the trainers to handle such situations in the training program.

Don't join this company. Worthless they will remove anytime there is no job security and very poor policy if you leave job. Reporting manager are just watch dogs. Overall worst experience

The organization is a very good place for people who want to excel in teaching or training as the company has a daily growth program for all the employees where you can learn new things by interacting with people in different positions in the organization. Also, the team and seniors are very supportive and always ready to put their hand forward for help.
