Seniors with 10yrs experience were in a fix that how can an MBA come with Asst. Manager post and in few years they will be Dy. Manager? This made us MBA's start with a huge complexity in the workplace and also constant pressures from current seniors which few liked by many left as old stock of employees always tried to put us down in front of the managment.
