This organisation literally destroyed my whole career, they billed me in a stupid department where only test case development is done. But these people won't hire someone with this specific test case development skill, they need a whole skill set. I just hate here .

They destroyed my career, I'm not able to switch job and crack interviews since I'm not exposed to any good tools or project .

Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on mostwekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Simply they will map you with any client without your interest. • Worst Part about this Company is the Management. Favouritism based on language and ethnicity it is deep rooted in TE as majority of people's are from TN in management also. You can do all the hard work and sacrifice your personal time also you will not even know when you credit is taken away. All these things are done very smoothly while giving you more work. It's been more than a year and half working at TATA Elxsi's Calicut location and it's been an experience which cannot be forgotten. The work life balance which the company provides and the opportunities to take on task and learn new skills within a shortest time and with the greatest support which the leadership team provides enhances our performance and as well re skill and adapt to the corporate life and it's tedious work with ease. The opportunities which the center provides is truly tremendous compared to its other counterpart as its a developing center and we could experience all the challenges and take it on at a earlier phase in our career which could help us in modulating our leadership skills at a beginning phase itself.. And not to forget the people that work together with me , and the welcoming nature which each individual radiates is truly heartwarming. I joined Calicut centre as a software developer.But got my worst experience from here . Calicut centre has some policies that other centres doesn't have especially centre head here is making peoples life more miserable. No wfh provided even though other centres have it. importance is given to arts and sports not actual work. No opportunities.lot of people on bench. Don't join Calicut centre.

Culture is good & Work life balance, Job satisfaction depends on Project and It's manager. Skill development trainings are held every time, for upskilling ourselves.

Dislikes

Some Managers are inefficient, since they have more experience or stayed in Tata elxsi for long, they lead Projects without having proper technical knowledge. In such cases, we will not have work satisfaction and Work-life balance also.

Exceptional experience at Calicut. 1st time leaders seen focusing on individual careers and growth. Asks to upskil everytime. Mentored how to achieve better performance appraisals next year. A little strict in matter of discipline but those helped me to grow in my career later. Lot of focus on sports and arts and those helping to become friends among all of us.

I had 10+Years of experience. And TATA Elxsi is the worst culture that I had experienced throughout my career. 0 work life balance. Abusive managers. Literally our team of 15 members lived sleep less nights. All resigned back to back in 6 months. And we are happy for that decision to leave Toxic culture company

Managers are pro in micromanagement in the team. They would never appreciate your work and would say that this task can be managed by a 10th fail student. Appraisal is minimal. Manager keeps barking about coming to office 5 days a week. And attendance is a criteria in appraisal. So you need to have 90% attendance. Managers are partial and would favor people from their own hometowns/states. There is no sensible hierarchy here.
