Worst possible work culture you could find. No vision in terms of growth. Worthless people at leadership The company has an extreme toxic environment where working on weekends without any compensation is very normal Also, there are lot of forced resignations within the organization. The company forces the employee to resign so that it does not come in any of the layoff news

Message to Ambition box: please do not remove this post, I am not disclosing any confidential information nor am I abusing anyone. Very many people have been asked to leave the organisation just because the planning has not been good and that there were no checkpoints to see where we are heading to. This is not new for companies but here at Tata Digital , it was all written on the wall but the leadership kept on waiting to lay off talent. My worst ever decision of professional life was to join this company thinking that it’s a company of values, “The TATA”. Just because of a bunch of people this organisation has become a nightmare , for last 2 years there has not been a weekend when we have not worked. We are fine working but wrong people are put to lead the efforts. They don’t just manipulate the reports to leadership but also misguided their own teams working in the ground. I have myself heard one of the leaders saying “these people will get jobs in 2weeks”, before handing over the pink slips. The wrongs decisions of the tech and planning teams have put so many lives and families on risk. It's a shame that TDL to be called as a TATA company. Most toxic office culture. Worst leadership team. The incompetence of top management and subsequent layer punishing employees at the lower level by forcing them to resign without any justification. Unplanned use of money on business travels in last 2-3 years. The appraisal system is very biased. The worst part is, whole year an employee worked under a manager but appraisal done by someone else who don't even know who are you. They expect employee will work on weekends without any comp off. In the realm of leadership, an unfortunate dearth of excellence prevails. Those entrusted with stewardship display a regrettable lack of proficiency. The delicate equilibrium between professional duties and personal well-being appears conspicuously absent. One might employ rather unsavoury language to describe the situation,going so far as to term it a lamentable quagmire. To add to the disquiet,official expenses remain unrequited. A discernible strategic void looms large, overshadowed by and excess of unproductive meetings. Regrettable, there exists a palpable deficiency in both reverence for and comprehension of the intricate artistry of software engineering. The product teams, it seems,are preoccupied with internal political machinations,harbouring a desire for its misfortune. The situation unfolds like an incessant and disconcerting game of musical chairs within the realm of assigning blame.
