It’s a shame on TDL to be called as a Tata Company. Waste of time and money in the name of making a super app even more worst. Having said that it’s entire revenue depends on that one app which is not even performing at all. Simply defaming Tata’s legacy and code of conduct. Trusted Tata…but no more now!

Working at TATA Digital was a disheartening experience. The worklife balance is poor with little consideration for personal time and well being. This made it challenging to maintain a healthy equilibrium between work and life outside the office. Compounding the problem was inadequate salaries and hikes. The promotional and appraisalsystem TDL appeared arbitrary and unjust leavening many deserving employees overlooked and others with questionable performance advancing without clear reasons. This led to widespread disillusionment. Job satisfaction took a severe hit due to these factors, leaving my talented individuals disengaged and disenchanted.
